What If I am not at home?
In case the courier service shall not be able to deliver the goods for no one is at home, the courier service has to leave a note showing where and how the parcel can be picked up.
They will also try the redeliver the goods to your address within the following three days.
In case the goods cannot be redelivered, the goods will be returned to our storage, and we will try to contact you based on the information you have given us.
After contacting you successfully, we will try to arrange with you the takeover or a redelivery, whereby we have to charge you for the redelivery cost.
Can I return the goods?
Yes.
In case you decide within 7 days after the receipt of the ordered goods that you want to return the goods, you can do this without explanations, on condition that the products are parcelled in their original packing, unpacked and in the same condition as on delivery.
This condition covers the exterior product packaging as well as all possible interior factury produced packaging that are applicable.
In that case we will return the amount you paid for the product minus the delivery costs to you and back to us to the account the payment has been transferred from.
In case the goods are delivered in an inadequate condition (damaged, of defective quality), we will willingly exchange the products due to the original bill that has been sent to you with the delivered products, to our expense.
